The Way, as a community is founded on Apostolic and Prophetic ministry (Eph 2:20), is led and guided by Ascension Gifts (Eph 4:11) and governed by a circle of elders (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5-9).
The multiple facets of leadership operating in mutual submission to one-another provide a robust, stable and healthy spiritual eco-system that is raising up strong disciples of Jesus Christ.
